Alice Waller, MSW, is an Assistant Director for NC-PAL with experience in social work, inpatient behavioral health treatment, and healthcare administration. She received her Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in community organizing, policy, and advocacy from UNC Chapel Hill. Alice is passionate about child and adolescent mental health and expanding families’ access to quality care. She is a Durham native who enjoys art, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
