Catherine Cheely, pediatric nurse practitioner, reviews strategies for de-escalation and shares national and local resources to support patients and families in crisis. She also provides guidance on therapy and medication considerations for at-risk youth, and discusses how primary care providers can help caregivers recognize warning signs.
